Postaj Ltd. places special emphasis on protecting the security and privacy of your personal data. This privacy policy explains in detail the types of personal data we collect, why we do it, how we use them, with whom we share your personal data, how we keep them safe, and what rights you have in relation to the protection of personal data. This privacy policy applies to all individuals who use the Postaj platform.
The privacy policy fully adopts the definitions of terms from the General Terms and Conditions.

The personal data we collect may include the following:

  • First and last names,

  • phone numbers,

  • email addresses,

  • mailing addresses,

  • usernames,

  • passwords,

  • genders,

  • months and years of birth,

  • geolocation,

  • photos and texts you provide us,

  • information from websites and communication information such as those collected by cookies and similar tracking technologies when you use our websites and applications,

  • data needed to execute payments for Postaj services.‍

We note that the types of data we collect depend on the type of plan that Postaj provides you. If you access the Platform through the Postaj mobile app, with your permission, we also collect the following data:

  1. Geolocation data.
    We may request permission to track information from your mobile device based on location, continuously or while using the Platform.

  2. Mobile device data.
    Automatically collect data about the device such as operating system information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model, internet service provider information, and so forth.

  3. Notifications.
    We may request your permission to send notifications related to the account or certain features of the Postaj platform.


We collect data:

  • Directly from Users and Postaj partners,

  • indirectly (from third parties),

  • such as other users or account owners,

  • insurance providers and government agencies,

  • from publicly available sources,

  • automatic collection via the website.


Postaj collects and uses data to enable reliable and convenient services. We use the data for the purpose of:

  • improving security and protection of our users and services,

  • providing customer support,

  • research and development,

  • enabling communication among users,

  • marketing and advertising,

  • sending non-marketing messages to users,

  • implementation of legal proceedings.‍

We may process your data for other purposes with your consent.


Some of the services and features require us to share data with other Users or with third parties. We may also share data with our subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and partners for legal reasons or in relation to claims or disputes.


Postaj retains user data as long as necessary for the previously described purposes. The period during which we retain user data is determined by the type of data, the category of user to whom the data relates, and the purposes for which we collected the data.‍

The period during which Postaj retains user data may also be determined by legal and regulatory requirements, security purposes, protection and prevention of fraud, or issues related to the user account, such as unsettled debt or unresolved claim or dispute.
